You can get involved in our community outreach programs by volunteering, attending events, or donating to support our initiatives.

What age group do your youth empowerment workshops cater to?

Our youth empowerment workshops cater to individuals between the ages of 7-18, but we also offer programs for young adults up to 25 years old.

Are your mental health support services free?

Our mental health support services are currently workshop-based. *No fees will be taken but donations are greatly appreciated. This will allow us to give back to other causes.
